Originally from the small city of Nova Odessa in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, Miriam built a thriving career as a talented photographer and business owner, mastering both the art of film and the demands of entrepreneurship. Despite arriving without any knowledge of English, Miriam’s determination and drive allowed her to learn the language, pursue her ambitions, and ultimately establish herself as a leading real estate advisor in the Park City area.
Miriam began her real estate career as an apprentice to the principal broker of a prominent luxury real estate office in Park City, where she gained invaluable expertise in the technical aspects of real estate transactions. After becoming a licensed Realtor, she applied this knowledge to guide her clients through every stage of the transaction process, ensuring seamless and successful experiences. She has worked in real estate for nine years and spent the past four years working closely with industry leaders Michael LaPay and Mike McGurl as both a Realtor and Business Manager for The LaPay Group. During this time, Miriam has managed over 95 transactions totaling more than $350 million in sales within the last three years alone.
